Baltimore City native, Lady Cheltese Woodford, “Lady C”, is the picture of strength covered in grace, in both ministry and marketplace. As the wife of Pastor Jason Woodford of over 20 years, mother of five, Lady continues to balance the many roles and gifts she embodies, making her a sought-after voice and

support for women of all ages and stages.

She proudly serves as the Leading Lady of God-Encounter Church located in Baltimore, Md, where her objective is to execute the mission of the church to “Connect the Heart of God to Heart of Man” with truth, love and grace.

Lady C’s introduction to ministry began after marrying her high-school sweetheart at 19 years old, serving with her husband as Youth Pastor, at the historic East Baltimore Deliverance Church, founded by Pastor Woodford’s grandmother, Apostle Christina Phillips-Holtsclaw.

Like a precious gem, Lady C is multifaceted, working full-time in education field, while balancing entrepreneurship in the beauty industry, as a make-up artist, hair stylist, and nail design technician.

Lady C’s life mission is to empower young women to embrace their God-given purpose and maintain strong loving marriage and families for the Glory of God.
